We don’t measure success by headcount or billings—we measure it by the quality of our work and the trust we’ve built with our clients, collaborators, and creative network.
We work with the best. And we pay them like it. That’s non-negotiable.
We don’t crowdsource. We don’t run creative contests. We believe those practices devalue the work and exploit the people doing it. Just because the laws haven’t caught up doesn’t mean we look the other way.
Not every client is a fit for how we work. That’s okay.

His work for Nike, Dos Equis, Jack Daniel’s, The Macallan, Harley-Davidson, Perrier, and Pepsi has helped shape some of the industry's most lasting ideas—not by following trends, but by staying grounded in real insight and consumer strategy. He’s known for surrounding himself with a trusted network of creators, performers, artists, and inventors—many from far outside the marketing bubble.
A longtime New Yorker, Papageorge relocated from Brooklyn to Downtown Las Vegas to launch Genuine Overkill, drawn by the city’s creative momentum and cultural edge. What started as a business trip became something bigger: a place buzzing with ambition, art, and energy—too compelling to ignore.

A Word on Pitching
We have countless case studies & proof points when it comes to establishing our creativity & prowess in nightlife space. We’re happy to walk prospective clients through our experience, chat about your brand and answer all the questions. We can provide pricing, and proposed approaches, but in the Nightlife / CPG brand world, we no longer pitch on spec. We did. No more. Pitches come with a considerable cost and investment that we feel should be applied to our client’s work. Yes, pitching is the industry standard. So is burnout. We’re opting to not buy into the insanity. We’ll just keep our heads down and do the best work we possibly can.
